The nano PFC Series Pressure Flow Controller is the ultimate solution to balance fluctuating compressed air requirements and reduce energy costs. This system is equipped with an intelligent technology that detects usage fluctuations and adjusts the size of the PFC's flow control valve orifice accordingly. The PFC maintains the compressed system pressure to a set pressure which supplies a constant low side pressure within 1 to 2 PSIG of the set point. PFC also allows for stored higher pressure compressed air from the upstream receiver tank(s) and averages out the compressed air usage. With minimal wasted compressor HP, the compressed air system functions efficiently, and the compressor maintains flow equivalent to average usage rather than at peak usage periods. With only a single control valve and single pressure input signal, the systems come with a pilot air filter, pressure gauges, drain port, bypass piping, and valves for easy installation in both new and existing systems.
